The Tamil Nadu Board had conducted the Class 10 exams from March 16, 2019 to April 20, 2019. The overall pass percentage this year in Class 10 is 94.5 per cent. This year, about 10, 01,140 students registered for the Tamil Nadu SSLC Examinations 2019, out of which 9, 50,397 appeared for the examinations. This year, 4, 74,340 boys and 4, 76,057 girls appeared for the 10th TN examinations 2019. The girls have outperformed boys by securing 96.4 per cent.
